  • 🟢 For damaged or defective products, an unboxing video is required as proof (must be continuous and unedited).

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • ❌ Items without original packaging or tags.
  • ❌ Return requests without a valid unboxing video for damaged products.

How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order details and the reason for return.
  3. If applicable, attach the unboxing video showing the issue.
  4. Our team will review and guide you through the return process.

Refund & Exchange Process

Once your return is approved and we receive the product back, we will process a replacement or initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect.
